Shape Up Family Health Club was established in 2000, with the opening of our first gym in Wonderboom Pretoria. Since then, we opened branches in Thabazimbi, Frikkie Meyer High and Lephalale. Shape Up Family Health Club has always prided itself in its excellent customer support and commitment to customer satisfaction. The sheer size of our gyms and the variety of equipment never fails to impress new members. This ensures that you can train without waiting in queues. Our upmarket bathrooms feature showers with wet and dry areas, which means you can get dressed and undressed in total privacy.

Our Shape Up Family Health Club in Wonderboom is the first gym in Pretoria to feature a fully equipped private ladies’ gym inside our main gym. At a minimal fee new members can book a one-hour exercise and dietary advice consultation with one of our instructors. Floor instructors are available during your training routines for advice and demonstration on how to perform a specific exercise.
